Shipping Policy

We offer complimentary shipping for all orders exceeding INR 1,500 within India. For orders below this threshold, a flat Shipping and Handling Fee of INR 150 will be charged.

Dispatch Timeline

Our standard dispatch time is estimated to be between 3 to 5 business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. It is important to note that some of our products may be personalised or made to order, and as a result, dispatch times may vary for different items. For products with extended dispatch timelines, we have provided updated information on their respective Product pages.

Order Fulfilment

To promote sustainability and minimize excess packaging, we will ship all items within an order simultaneously. Therefore, if your order contains a product with a longer dispatch time, please consider this duration as the expected dispatch timeframe for the entirety of your order.

Order Return Policy

At Antapu Kids, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, in the event that your order does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to reach out to us. Should you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or differs from your expectations in terms of size or style, please contact us through WhatsApp at +91 9987855552 

We kindly request you to WhatsApp us within 7 days of receiving your order and return the product within 7 days of delivery. 

To facilitate a return, please ensure that the product is unused and retains its original condition, including the original invoice and, its original packaging and inclusive of all or any freebies sent with the order. 

Order Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for size issues—not for changes in design, colour, or style.

If you’ve received the correct product but need a different size, we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange, subject to availability. 

All returns will be subjected to a quality check upon receipt. Once your return is confirmed, we will offer you an exchange or a refund according to the eligibility of your order. 

Please be aware that a nominal fee of Rs. 200/- will be applicable for all return requests. However, exchanges will be processed at no additional cost. We do offer reverse pickup for orders. In any case, somehow, we are not able to offer reverse order pick-up, any return is to be shipped by you on your own responsibility. Please share the courier’s name and tracking number with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end. 

In the case of a refund, the credited amount (less of return fee) will be reflected in your account within 7 to 10 business days. Thank you for your understanding and support.

We will be unable to accept returns and refund unless the garment is damaged or defective.

In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the type of purchase when:

  • The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
  • The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit.
  • If your package appears to be tampered with, damaged during transit, or unsealed, please record a video while opening it. This helps us verify and address any concerns regarding product authenticity or damage. Claims made without an opening video may not be eligible for return or exchange.

As soon as your order return or cancellation is confirmed, the refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days.
